Non-Executive Chairman B.Bus, FAICD
David has held senior executive positions in both Telstra and Singtel Optus, where he was Director of the Wholesale Division, prior to working in Investment Banking based out of New York. Recently, David was a Non- Executive Director of the M2 Group (prior to the merger with Vocus) where he was also Chair of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
David is the current Chairman of the advisory board at Aviation Logistics Pty Ltd, a ground and air, patient transfer operation; he is also a Senior Consultant at TMT Partners, a Sydney based advisory firm specialising in capital raises, IPOs, and M&A in the Telco, Media, and Technology sector. Previously David was Deputy Chairman of the Service Provider Association, and whilst residing in the United States, the President of ANZACC (Australian, New Zealand, and American Chamber of Commerce) Midwest.

Damian co-founded Telcoinabox in 2003 and is a major shareholder. He has successfully steered the business from a start-up breaking new ground to its current position as a profitable and growing telecommunications company. He has more than 12 years experience in telecommunications, prior to creating Telcoinabox he owned top phone reseller Universal Telecom which he sold to Commander in 2006.
He has held senior roles at Optus and has extensive sales experience in the FMCG and IT industries. Damian has a keen interest in supporting young achievers in business often invited to speak at events for entrepreneurs. In 2008 Damian was named finalist of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Garry has more than 30 years’ experience in audit, risk and finance. Retired as a long-standing partner at Ernst and Young, Garry has worked with large corporate audit and middle markets growth companies across an extensive range of ASX listed companies, including major manufacturers, hotel chains, telecommunications, technology, entertainment and services companies and early stage IT start ups.
Garry has also held various executive roles as CFO and managing director for listed resources companies, and business consulting roles. He is currently an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of OneVue Holdings Limited, Independent Director of MAP Funds Management Ltd, Independent Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee for Odyssey House and ex-officio advisor of the Board Audit Risk Committee for Mission Australia.

Tom is a specialist in growing IT services’ businesses and advises on corporate strategy, growth and performance for companies ranging from start-ups to listed companies.
Prior to joining Inabox Group, Tom was CEO of IT service provider, SMS Management & Technology for 13 years and a Non-Executive Director of the Australian Information Industry Association. He has also previously held senior positions with the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Department of Justice, and Department of Treasury & Finance. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Melbourne and was awarded the Ford Australia prize for Economics.

Chris joined the business in 2016 and leads the digital development of the business. He has 24 years experience in IT and Telecommunications across fixed, mobile and voice networks, product and software development, architecture, product marketing & digital strategy, program management, technical sales, and consulting.
He was previously with Telstra and Alcatel Lucent. Chris holds a BE in Electrical Engineering (Hons) and BSc in Computer Science from Sydney University.
Deborah joined Inabox Group in 2015. She has more than 19 years experience in financial and commercial management with expertise in commercial negotiations, raising finance, project management, mergers and financial control.
Scottish born, Deborah has worked for major companies in Australia and Europe, including Virgin Active Australia in her most recent role, Vodafone Hutchison Australia, United Biscuits in London and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her role at Inabox Group is to drive the business to achieve its financial goals, deliver accurate and timely financial information to internal and external shareholders, streamline financial process and improve the efficiency of the business as it continues to integrate its recent acquisitions and develop its suite of IT and telecommunications services.
Iain joined the business as Chief Commercial Officer in early 2017 and is responsible for Products and Operations. He has over 27 years of experience in the Telecoms and IT industry in several international markets including Australia, New Zealand and UK.
During that time, he has held a number of senior management roles including Managing Director of ACN Pacific from 2008 to 2014, CFO & Company Secretary of Aggregato Global and Non-Executive Director of the Telecoms Industry Ombudsman (TIO) from 2012 to 2017. Iain has a BA Hons in Business from Robert Gordons University, Aberdeen, is a chartered Management Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Laura joined the business in 2008 as the International Manager for Telcoinabox, then Systems Development Manager becoming the CIO on 2013.
She is responsible for the management of the systems support staff and leading the development of back end systems that support all Inabox brands back office. This is achieved through fostering innovation, prioritizing IS initiatives, and identifying, evaluating, deploying, and managing current and future IS investments and projects across the organization while maintaining the integrity, security and functionality of Inabox’s data and IP.
Before moving to Australia from the USA, Laura was an accountant for a public accounting firm in Chicago, prior to this she was a recruitment manager at Motorola
Michael joined Inabox Group as Director of Sales and Marketing in early 2017. He has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, specialising across sales and marketing functions.
He held a number of senior sales positions spanning 14 years with the Hutchison group, building sales teams across consumer and business with Orange, 3 mobile and eventually through the merger with Vodafone.
Before starting with Inabox Group in 2017, Michael built a start-up managed services business driving unified communications and cloud to the B2B market.
